Sara Martin is a journalist and a first-year UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism student. She is a published photographer and freelance journalist always looking for new Bay Area stories to tell. Fourty students, faculty and Auraria Campus community members were arrested April 26, 2024 during a pro-Palestine protest on Auraria Campus in Denver. The demonstrators have continued to protest the war in Gaza on the Tivoli Quad for three days so far.
